Russian woman who hasn’t cut her hair for 23 YEARS says it doesn’t take much upkeep because she simply washes it twice a week and leaves it to ‘dry naturally’
A Russian nurse who has been growing her hair for 23 years has revealed her mane is now so long, it almost reaches the ground.
出奇, Anzhelika Baranova, 28, from Irkutsk, 俄国, said her hair doesn’t take much upkeep and she simply washes it twice a week and leaves it to air dry.
And although she admits it can sometimes be uncomfortable, Anzhelika said it is worth it for the joy she gets from her hair.

她说, ‘I had beautiful hair since childhood, so it hasn’t been cut off since I was five years old. I never grew it out on purpose, just thought that it should be so.’
She uses a comb to detangle while being very gentle so as to not pull the hair out where there are knots.
‘Everything is very simple, minimal care. I wash my hair two times a week with a washable conditioner for easy combing, then dry it naturally and comb it very carefully.

The long-haired nurse often poses for pictures by flicking out her golden hair and making it the main event of the photo.
A simple routine works best for the hair model, who advocates for using an uncomplicated routine of washing the hair twice a week.
