    To begin Tigga simply turns her Sunbeam Pie Maker on and places four scoops of cake mix into each cooking mold.

    The cake artist suggests that you could go ahead and decorate the cakes as individual desserts, but she stacked her mini cakes to create one tall cake.

    She begins building the tall cake by dolloping a small amount of buttercream to a small cake board and places the first layer of mini cake to the board.

    How to make Tigga Maccormack’s pie maker cake

    1. Place scoops of cake batter mixture into pie maker molds.
    2. Shut the lid while and cook the cakes for seven minutes, lift the lid once cooked.
    3. Let the mini cakes cool and prepare a white buttercream icing.
    4. Dollop a small amount of buttercream to a cake board and place the first layer of mini cake onto the board.
    5. Spread a layer of buttercream to the top of the mini cake followed by a squirt of strawberry jam.
    6. Stack the remaining mini cakes, following this method with buttercream and jam in between each cake.
    7. Apply a layer of buttercream to the cake exterior and smooth it out into a seamless finish to create a ‘semi nakediced look.
    8. Pipe on a boarder of buttercream to the top of the cake and add a white chocolate ganache drip.
    9. Place an arrangement of berries, edible flowers and gold leaf to the top of the cake to add an elegant touch.
