He was banned from attending their homes, places of work or anywhere he would reasonably expect them to be – and any breach could be prosecuted as a criminal offence.
Penrose is also banned from entering the boroughs of Islington or Camden except to attend court, medical appointments or hospital.
The order was due to expire on July 4, but has now been extended until the date of the adjourned hearing later in the month.
Penrose could face up to five years behind bars if he is charged with and found guilty of breaching the order.
Court documents from today’s hearing added: ‘The emails Ms Jackson continued to receive were quite graphic and talked about Foy being raped, w***ing herself out and wanting her to be his girlfriend.’
The court heard Penrose poses ‘a risk associated with stalking and to another person and there is a reasonable cause to believe the proposed order is necessary to protect another from such a risk.’
Rosa Bennathan, prosecuting on behalf of the Metropolitan Police, told today’s hearing the complainants in this case, Clare Foy and her manager Emma Jackson, first became aware of Penrose in August and September 2021.
Penrose contacted Ms Jackson claiming to be a film producer looking for Ms Foy to appear in his film.
