‘I’m stuck!’ Terrifying moment claustrophobic daredevil has to squeeze through INCHES-WIDE gap called ‘The Vice’ as he spends 10 hours crawling through Welsh cave system
A claustrophobic YouTuber crawled his way through an inches-wide gap as he battled his fear inside one of the longest cave systems in the country.
Dara Tah, che ha 65,000 iscritti, spent ten hours crawling through muddy water and terrifyingly narrow spaces as he attempted to make his way through Ogof Y Daren Cilau in south Powys, Galles.
After more than seven hours inside the cave system, the daredevil crawled his way through ‘one of the most claustrophobic squeezes in the world’ – a gap know as ‘The Vice’ which narrows to just four inches wide.
Durante la clip, Mr Tah, who is joined by survival expert Edd Hill, tells viewers he will push deeper into the cave in an attempt to ‘face his fear’ of confined spaces.

Lui dice: ‘I have been incredibly claustrophobic my entire life ever since I was a kid. The idea of climbing into a cave like this is terrifying and every time I have tried to do this, it has ended in a panic attack.
‘Today I’m going to try facing my fear by crawling through a notorious segment of this cave. It gets tighter and tighter until you get to a place nicknamed The Vice.’
Survival expert Ed Hill adds: ‘This is one of the hardest crawls in the world. This is obviously horrific but on the way out there is a challenge call The Vice and if you get it wrong you end up dropping into hole and getting jammed.
‘The last rescue took nine hours.’
The men begin to crawl through the first segment of the cave before reaching the first narrow gap known as ‘The Armageddon’ – che è 16 inches wide.
They continue to delve deeper into the cave system before pushing into a tighter 12-inch tunnel known as ‘The Death Squeeze’.
As he makes his way into the tunnel Mr Tah shouts: 'IO’m getting stuck man. What am I going to do I’m stuck.’
He eventually manages to free himself before the pair arrive at their next challenge – a nine-inch tunnel nicknamed ‘The Narrow Slump’.
The men slowly squeeze their way though the narrow space as Mr Tah exclaims: ‘Oh it’s tight as hell.’

The daredevil squeezes his way deeper and deeper through the system before shouting: ‘If I can push myself to do something like this you guys can do something like this as well’
Mr Hill tells the YouTuber: ‘The technique is stay stay high, put your bag in front of you and don’t let it fall down because you wont get it out again.
‘Same goes for your legs and your feet. Try and keep them as high as you can because you will get jammed.’
As the terrified YouTuber begins to crawl through the narrow gap he holds onto the rock on either side of him and tries to keep his body above the ground before telling viewers: ‘I can’t even turn my head!’
He manages to squeeze his way deeper through the system before shouting: ‘If I can push myself to do something like this you guys can do something like this as well. I feel like I’m about to puke.’
After ten hours inside the cave, the daredevil makes it out of the terrifying narrow tunnel and breathes a sigh of relief as he stands against the cave wall.
He goes on to tell viewers: ‘Unbelievable! I absolutely conquered my fear but I will never ever do something like that again!’
