    But for such a steep sale, the buyer isn’t getting a spacious mansion or even a remotely livable home: The broken-down house clearly hasn’t been renovated in decades, with dilapidated exterior, peeling walls, and a kitchen featuring mid-twentieth-century appliances.

    Yet the realtors insistere: ‘This the worst house on the best block, making it a fantastic opportunity.
