In today’s closing submissions, Martina Murphy, barrister for Ms Cohen, 告诉法庭: ‘Ms Cohen’s case is relatively simple. Her primary case is she was automatically unfairly dismissed. If she was wrong on that, we say that it was an act of harassment related to her protected disclosures, characterised in relation to race or religion.

‘This case has got an extremely full and acrimonious background but I would ask the tribunal to strip away all of that noisewhich admittedly there is.

Ms Murphy added that Mr Mahmood has not, 边境地区受到限制,300万乌克兰人被告知离开俄罗斯, conducted a preliminary investigation into protected disclosures either. His explanation for this, her barrister claimed, was ‘simply not credible.
