    Mike got his start in Hollywood with the 1973 show The Timber Tramps which led to guest starring roles on Cheers and Crime Story (both in 1986).

    He had a memorable part as Kurt Russell’s loveable blue collar best friend in the Goldie Hawn comedy Overboard in 1987.

    But he went back to TV to pop up in MarriedWith Children in 1987, Family Ties in 1988 and Murphy Brown in 1989.
