Yet fans were left less than impressed with one of Gordon Ramsay’s latest dishes, as they accused him of sharing a picture of some ‘burnt’ lamb cutlets.

The famous chef, 55, advertised the £25 dish from his Pan-Asian resturant Lucky Cat on Twitter, sharing a smokey snap of the lamb, alongside the caption: ‘Herdwick lamb cutlets at Lucky Cat… delicious!’

Fans soon reacted after seeing Gordon’s post and claimed that it looked like the picture was taken in an ‘ashtray’ and that the meat looked like ‘charcoal’.

One person mused: ‘Who put the lamb bones in the ashtray?’ 

Another agreed and questioned: ‘Cooked on an ashtray?’ 

While another joked: ‘Are they edible or is it some sort of charcoal.’

One other person shared a light-hearted image of an extinguisher being used on an oven in response to Gordon’s snap.

Other one person said: ‘Is it cat or lamb?’

While another slammed the dish, and wrote: ‘Those look burnt.’
