Predator pretended to be a taxi driver before dragging a woman into bushes in attempted sexual assault
Police are hunting for a man who pretended to be a taxi driver and tried to pull a woman into some bushes in a ‘horrific’ 攻击.
The victim had followed the man before he attacked her, she was able to escape the attempted sexual assault and raise the alarm with passers-by last night.
The man was seen running away from Platt Fields Park in Manchester towards Yew Tree Road.

Police were called just before 11.15pm and enquiries are on-going to trace him.

Detective Chief Inspector Anthony Norman, from GMP’s City of Manchester division, 说过: ‘This was a horrific attack on a woman who thankfully managed to raise the alarm but has been left extremely shook up and is receiving the support she needs.’

‘A team of detectives are currently pursuing all immediate lines of enquiry and we’re now appealing to the public to come forward with any information that may assist us.’
