  • A man has been charged with murder after a 29-year-old woman was found beaten to death in a house on Boxing Day morning.

    Police were called to the home in Forest Gate, 東 ロンドン, on Sunday and found Kirsty Ashley’s body.

    Detectives confirmed today the name of the victim and that she had been killed with a blunt object.

    Yahya Aboukar, 26, who lives in Earlham Grove where the murder took place, was arrested at the scene and today charged with murder.

    He is due to appear in custody at Thames MagistratesCourt later today.

    A post-mortem examination took place yesterday at East Ham Mortuary and revealed the cause of death as blunt force trauma, 警察は言った.

    Detectives also said Ms Ashley knew the suspect.

    Yesterday the house was still deemed a crime scene and was taped off by police.
