    Police forced entry to the property in Aston at 10.15am on Friday after concerns were raised for the occupant of the property.

    A 52-year-old man was arrested on the scene on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody.

    Investigations are ongoing and a post-mortem examination will take place on Saturday.

    Detective Inspector Hannah Whitehouse from Force CID, gesê: ‘We’re carrying out house-to-house enquiries and I’d appeal to anyone who heard or saw anything suspicious there or had recent contact with the occupant to get in touch.
