    Andrew Wadsworth, 37, stabbed his partner Melissa Belshaw to death at her Billinge, Wigan home, two months after he came out of prison on licence.

    A jury found him guilty of murder following a two day deliberation at Manchester Crown Court in December 2020 and Wadsworth was also found guilty of attempting to murder heroic neighbour, Gerard Bristow, in the street.
