    The 40-year-old swapped soft drinks for Healthy Mummy smoothies first thing in the morning and said her ‘go-to flavouris banana sundae, which is packed full of protein and keeps her full until lunchtime.

    ‘I am no longer addicted to soft drink. I drink my daily requirements of water and Tuesdays are self care days,’ Candy said.

    She also takes the time to work out each day, and enjoys meals from the Healthy Mummy app like healthy pizza on a cauliflower or wholegrain base and spinach and feta gozleme.

    ‘They taste amazing, are quick when you work 10-hour days and best of all affordable,’ 彼女は言いました.

    ‘I still have my cheeky weekend drinks on the weekend and take out sometimes. If I can do it, so can you.

    She now follows a time-efficient workout that is under 30 minutes long most days, and eats from the app.

    ‘A lot of us want to know if it’s too hard to lose weight, or simply just a fad,’ 彼女は言いました.

    ‘I too was sceptical, but honestly the Healthy Mummy is not a diet, it’s a lifestyle.
