A fan who stalked Craig David for five years plans to contest an order banning her from contacting him, 裁判所は聞いた.
Tanya Jeal, 31, became ‘obsessed and infatuated’ with the singer, insisting she was his girlfriend and stalking him since 2016, Highbury Corner Magistrates’ 裁判所は言われた.
In a summary of the allegations provided to the court, インクルード 7 Days singer alleges Jeal turned up at his home in November 2021 and rang the intercom several times while holding a photo taken with him five years before.
Southampton-born David said Jeal had previously stayed at the same hotel as him, waited for him to arrive and leave, and stood at the front of a recent gig in Bedford ‘motionless’ with the photo, 裁判所は言われた.

Jeal appeared by video link from her suburban home in Orpington, Kent for a review hearing today, ahead of proceedings to decide whether to impose a full order.
She confirmed she will be contesting it, adding that she wants to call David as a witness so she can cross-examine him.
Flora Curtis, representing the Metropolitan Police, said the singer does not need to be called as a witness as all his evidence is contained in a statement.

The case is next scheduled to be heard at the same court on March 10 ahead of a final hearing on March 31.

District Judge Alexander Jacobs told the review hearing that Jeal would need to justify in writing why David would need to attend.
Jeal, who was smiling throughout the hearing, has until January 27 to make a formal request to change court.
She must also provide a bundle with the evidence on which she intends to rely and state why David needs to attend for cross examination, by February 24.
Jeal is alleged to have stayed at David’s hotel and used fire exits to reach his room, where she knocked on the door and a sent a Snapchat photo of it and the message: ‘I know you love me.’
She was said to have posted a note under the door saying ‘I hope Budda deals with lies like you, Budda will take this from here, you’re an a**hole, from Tanya, your motherf***ing girlfriend’.
Jeal also allegedly sent ‘abusive’ messages to the singer’s management, believing he was ‘under similar control to that of Britney Spears’, the summary added.
