    Queen Silvia of Sweden and Queen Letizia of Spain were seen waving during a carriage procession to the Royal Palace in Stockholm ahead of an official welcoming ceremony.

    Letizia, who wore her brown glossy locks loose, opted for a glamorous makeup look consisting of a smokey eye, bronzed cheeks and a nude-coloured lip.

    Intussen, Felipe, 53, appeared equally polished for the visit in response to an invitation from the King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden.

    The royal couple arrived at the Residence of the Embassy of Spain on Tuesday to speak with Spanish residents living in the country.

    The Spanish royals are on a two-day state visit to Sweden.

    The trip comes less than a week after the couple held a glittering state banquet in honour of the Italian President Sergio Mattarella’s visit to Spain.

    Op Dinsdag, the couple were seen travelling from the Adolfo Suárez Madrid Barajas Airport, the Spanish royals were accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Science and Innovation, as well as the Secretary of State for Commerce.

    They later arrived at the Residence of the Embassy of Spain in Sweden, where Felipe addressed the Spanish residents, sê: ‘All of you, those of you who have been here longer and those who are still looking for your place in this new host country, we would like to send you a message of support, as you represent, outside of our borders, much of the best of our country.

    The Spanish community in Sweden has grown at a sustained rate in the last decade, and up to 37.12 per cent in five years, as Spaniards emigrate to take advantage of job opportunities.
