PCSO accused of raping woman on night out sent photo to WhatsApp group called ‘The Wolves’ showing them together with faces obscured and the message ‘no face, no case’, 裁判所は聞く
A police officer accused of raping a teenager after a night out sent a blurred photograph of the pair to friends before saying ‘no face, no case’, 裁判所は聞いた.

After buying the woman a drink, Mr Robinson proceeded to send a selfie of the pair to the group chat, which he said he had been a part of for 10 年.

Mr Robinson, who told the court he had a girlfriend at the time, allegedly captioned the photograph ‘no face, no case’ when he sent the picture to the Whatsapp chat.
He described the tone of the message as ‘boyish’ and ‘laddish’, but defended his actions and insisted he had no intention of ‘going out to meet someone’.

木曜日に, Mr Robinson told Lewes Crown Court of the picture and his remarks: ‘The tone of the language is boyish.
‘My intention wasn’t go out and meet someone. My intention was to go out with my friend and have a good time.
‘I shouldn’t have been taking a picture. I was being laddish with my friends.’

Robinson also allegedly bragged about being friends with YouTubers Conor Maynard and Caspar Lee, and told the woman he was sending a video of them in the club to Maynard before putting his number into her phone with a police emoji next to it.

He bragged about having homes in London and Brighton before taking her back to his mother’s flat in Worthing.
その女, 今 21, said she agreed to go home with the officer after saying she felt safe with policeman. In a police interview after the alleged attack, the woman claimed that Robinson did not stop after she told him no.

Mr Robinson claimed the woman made a reference about the size of his penis.

‘I had a chat with my friend,’ the young woman said. ‘She was more cautious than I was. ‘She said come on they’re not going to break the law.’
After consenting to sex, the woman told police she said no when Mr Robinson tried to have sex again.
‘I said I’m not in the mood for sex, I’m not in the mood for any of this, I literally said no. I kept my eyes shut,’ 彼女は言いました.
‘I’ve been in this position so many times before. I usually just keep silent and get it over with. I thought he would listen given who he was and what he does. We’ve almost all been in a situation where we’ve not been brave enough to say no.’

The woman reported the rape after returning to college on Monday morning, but lost faith in police after meeting Mr Robinson.
‘With the way he was behaving, blagging lifts getting VIP, I was even more disappointed. At one point he made me hold and carry his police badge,’ 彼女は言いました.
The court heard Mr Robinson’s relationship ended soon after the incident in December 2019.
‘I didn’t feel great about cheating on my girlfriend,’ 彼は言った.
