The Edwardian property has a large living room with stained glass windows and a large kitchen.

The kitchen leads to a 65 ft garden with two garden offices, making it an appealing family home for those working from home during the pandemic.

Filming at the property took place around the property on Heber Road for two weeks.

The film is a big screen adaptation of Naomi Alderman’s acclaimed novel of the same name.

The book was published in 2006 and is set in Hendon and features the return of Ronit, played by Rachel Weisz, to the Orthodox Jewish family home following the death of her father.

She then rekindles a romance with her best friend played by Dr Strange star Rachel McAdams, who is now married to her cousin.

Neela Patel, of Dexters, said: ‘This large and inviting house would make an ideal family home.

‘It’s rare to find a property with such a big garden in London, and with two outdoor office spaces, it would really suit those who are working flexibly.’

‘With beautiful bay and stained glass windows, it’s easy to understand why this house was chosen as a film location.

‘It has an abundance of windows and skylights, which fill the house with natural light, and make it perfect for shooting.’
