‘I would like to talk to a male!’ Sexist WOMAN car owner refuses to deal with female workers when she calls dealership to book an oil change
This is the shocking moment a woman car owner refused help from female employees at a car dealership and demanded to talk to a man.
Staff at a Chevrolet-Cadillac service center were left ‘appalled and offended’ by the sexist customer who insisted she should ‘speak to a male’ about getting an oil change.
The footage was recorded at the company’s South Main St dealership in Jonesboro, 阿肯色州 在十二月 15.

Service worker Rachel Nickell captured the moment her female colleague Autumn picked up the phone for the customer to arrange an oil change for her car.
然而, when the woman hears her speak, she quickly replies: ‘I didn’t ask for a female, I would like to talk to a male.’
‘My opinion is woman don’t belong in the service department, they belong behind the scenes doing the paperwork.’
The brash comment causes someone out of shot to snort with laughter, but Autumn calmly replies by telling the woman ‘there isn’t a male in our service department.’
The woman then asks to be transferred to a male worker, but soon calls back because she had to speak to sales, the nearest department with a man.
Getting more exasperated, the woman says she needs an appointment for Saturday morning to get her oil change, 加: ‘I just hope there are no females on the desk when I get there.’

‘There will be,’ 一个女人, most likely another service writer, can be heard saying in the background.
The customer then says the idea of a female-only team is ‘totally messed up’, before complaining about a previous experience where she claimed to have had a ‘five-minute job turned into a freaking hour’, 之前, she claims ‘I had to track down a male to look at my car.’
The video ends with Autumn transferring the irate customer to the company’s sales manager – who apparently cancelled the customer’s request.
Speaking about the encounter, Rachel said she was ‘appalled and offended’ by the customer’s rant.
‘The service director who is also a female with 26 years experience and heads two service departments in two dealerships was notified and shown the video, she contacted the owner of the dealership and showed him the video,’ 她补充说.
‘They then agreed the customer needed to be fired as a customer.’
