    Service worker Rachel Nickell captured the moment her female colleague Autumn picked up the phone for the customer to arrange an oil change for her car.

    The woman then asks to be transferred to a male worker, but soon calls back because she had to speak to sales, the nearest department with a man.

    Getting more exasperated, the woman says she needs an appointment for Saturday morning to get her oil change, 加: ‘I just hope there are no females on the desk when I get there.
