Founder of Soho celebrity nightclub Cirque le Soir and ex-Met Police sergeant, 48, face trial in April next year over ‘bribery plot after probe into inappropriate relationships’ between officers and local businesses
The founder of an exclusive Soho celebrity nightclub and a former police sergeant accused of a bribery plot will stand trial in April next year.
Entrepreneur Ryan Bishti, 41, who launched 런던‘s Cirque le Soir in 2009, 과 Frank Partridge, 48, an ex-sergeant in the Westminster police licensing unit, were charged with conspiracy to commit bribery after a long-running probe.
Investigators at the Met’s Directorate of Professional Standards Anti-Corruption Command had looked into alleged inappropriate relationships between police officers and people running local businesses.

Others accused of involvement in the conspiracy include Bishti’s mother Pamela, 66, and Terry Neil, 55, the boss of security firm TSS, accused of conspiracy to commit bribery between February 2013 지난 6월 자택에서 숨진 채 발견된 아이 2015.
Neil’s ex-wife Soraya Henderson, 56, and Eamonn Mulholland, 54, Hassan Serdoud, 55, and Anna Ginandes, 44, also face the same conspiracy charge.
Seven of them except Henderson, including Partridge dressed in a grey suit and white shirt, appeared via video-link at Southwark Crown Court and did not enter any pleas to the charges.
Judge Deborah Taylor set a provisional date for the twelve-week trial for 17 4 월 2023.
Bishti owns several other clubs in the capital and TSS was a company that supplied door staff to Soho clubs.
