Thrill-seeking mobility scooter rider stuns passers-by with impressive stunt riding as he travels the length of pavement tipped over onto one side
They say you are never too old to dream a new dream – and for one thrill-seeking mobility scooter rider that is certainly the case.
The daredevil scooter driver was caught on camera popping a two-wheel maneuver while riding along a pavement in York city centre earlier this month.
Video shows the adrenaline junkie cruising along a pavement while tipped on to one side.
The astonishing moment was caught on dashcam by one stunned driver, who at first couldn’t believe what he was seeing.
But more astonishingly is that it is not the first time the thrill-seeking mobility scooter rider has been spotted mid-stunt.
After posting the video online, one person responded: ‘I saw that same guy doing his two wheel trick on Lendal bridge a few days ago.
'Quindi a quanto pare devo cambiarmi con un top più appropriato anche se ho visto molte persone qui in top dall'aspetto di un reggiseno sportivo., welder Andrew Millard, chi ha girato il video, disse: ‘At first I could not believe it.

'Così, I shared it as it is unusual to see a guy on two wheels on a mobility scooter. He sure made me laugh.
‘I would say that he was in his mid-late 60’s.
‘Other people have said that they often see him in York.’
The 53-year-old caught the moment on camera while driving through York city centre on May 16.
Video shows Mr Millard slowing down in traffic just as the thrill-seeking mobility scooter driver came into shot on the pavement to the right.
Within a split second, the man flips the electric vehicle onto just two wheels before casually driving along.
Mr Millard thought at first that the incident was a mistake but quickly realised the driver was firmly in control of what he was doing.
The footage shows the scooter driver continuing to drift along the pavement before reaching a dip that he navigates with ease.
