여자, 20, is killed by train after accidentally falling onto subway tracks at NYC’s Grand Central Station
A 20-year-old woman was killed after falling onto the subway tracks at 뉴욕시‘s Grand Central Station after a conductor was unable to stop in time as the train pulled into the station.
여자, who is still unidentified, was fatally struck by an incoming southbound 7 train shortly before 11pm on Tuesday, according to the NYPD.
Authorities have not yet released the victim’s name, as it is pending family notification, the NYPD told DailyMail.com on Wednesday.
The train operator reportedly tried to stop the train before hitting the woman, but was unable to break in time, cops told the 뉴욕 포스트.
Firefighters and EMTs tried to help the woman out from under the train, but she was pronounced dead about an hour later, 뉴욕 포스트는 보도했다.

They were unable to get the woman out before she died and she was pronounced dead around an hour after the incident
Several firefighters were pictured laying on the platform, reaching between the silver subway car and the bright yellow safety strip of the platform with medical equipment scattered on the ground.
Shortly after police arrived to the scene, the power was cut off from the train tracks, 에 따르면 Citizen.
